Classes can include Hatha, Yin, or Vinyasa yoga as well as Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Egoscue posture exercises. After the class, you can savour an organic tea and a treat in our beautiful studio while enjoying the serene view of our saltwater pool and the lush podocarp forest, creating a truly transformative experience
